The funding is in place and all the necessary permits and plans have been completed for the workforce housing project in the City of Grand Marais. The Cook County/Grand Marais Economic Development Authority (EDA) and One Roof Housing planned a groundbreaking celebration for September 6, but that was postponed because the project is on hold for a little longer.
