Grand Marais mayor answers new development questions

There has been some new construction on Fourth Avenue West in Grand Marais and although it was approved over a year ago, some citizens have questioned how and when this project was approved.

A few citizens have shared concerns regarding building height and the amount of fill used for the development. 

WTIP's Rhonda Silence talks about the new buildings with Grand Marais Mayor Jay Arrowsmith DeCoux, as well as the process for approving new construction in the city.
