Explorer Liv Arnesen talks "Skiing into the Bright Open"

Many of us have had dreams of extravagant adventures, faraway places, and goals that may to some seem out of our reach. Liv Arnesen is an explorer, adventurer, educator, motivational speaker, mother, author and so much more.  She's the first woman to attempt and complete a solo expedition to the South Pole in 1994.  Julie spoke with Liv about her book "Skiing Into the Bright Open: My Solo Journey to the South Pole," first published in 1995 and recently translated into English.
