Elements of Craft is a series produced between WTIP and North House Folk School to promote interest in the folk arts. This episode focuses on food and finding food in our Northern climate. You'll hear about traditional Viking food, methods of harvesting wild rice, and how to forage for mushrooms. Will Moore talks to culinary archeologist Daniel Serra, North House instructors Eric Edgin and Ian Andrus, mushroom expert Michael Karns, and food blogger/author Lisa Golden Schroeder.
