At one time, North Shore realtor Eva Judkins planned to operate a wedding chapel and retail store on a property near Bluefin Bay Resort and the Tofte Town Park. The project began with the construction of several buildings, but never came to fruition. The site has been unused for at least a decade.
A new property owner has taken possession of the site and made some changes. WTIP's Rhonda Silence learns more in this interview.
