Discussion continues on proposed 'border-to-border' 4x4 route

The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources Parks and Trails Division, in conjunction with the National Off-Highway Vehicle Conservation Council and the Minnesota Four-Wheel Drive Association, will return to Cook County June 19 to discuss the proposed Border to Border (B2B) Touring Route.

The touring route will be discussed during a meeting of the Cook County Board of Commissioners in their committee of the whole format June 19 starting at 5 p.m. The meeting will take place in the commissioners’ room at the Cook County Courthouse.
There are two petitions circulating online about the section of the B2B route that is proposed in Cook County. One petition is in support of the touring route, the other is opposed to the route.
