Demand for product led to new bottling process at North Shore Winery

As the popularity of their product continues to climb here in Cook County, the team at North Shore Winery had to find a more efficient means of bottling their wine in 2018.

Rather than cork and label every bottle by hand, a device was brought in this year to help speed up the bottling process. WTIP’s Joe Friedrichs visited the local winery during the bottling process and shares this report.
