County will discuss 2019 budget during town hall meetings

The Cook County Board of Commissioners, along with county staff, are hosting a series of town hall meetings in September to discuss the 2019 county budget.

Each of the town hall meetings starts at 6 p.m.

The following are dates and locations for the events:
 
Sept. 4 – Midtrail Fire Hall on the Gunflint Trail: District 4 (Heidi Doo-Kirk)

Sept. 5 – Birch Grove School in Tofte: District 5 (Ginny Storlie)

Sept. 6 – Hovland Town Hall: District 1 (Bobby Deschampe)

Sept. 10 – Cook County Community Center in Grand Marais: Districts 2 and 3 (Myron Bursheim and Jan Sivertson)
