County may not live stream certain meetings

The Cook County Board is planning to set aside part of one meeting a month for a “committee of the whole” discussion period. The purpose is to allow commissioners to discuss some issues without making a decision that day. WTIP’s Jay Andersen spoke with County Administrator Jeff Cadwell about concerns these “committee” meetings may not be videoed as are the regular county board meetings.
