An issue involving road access and use along the School House Road off of the Gunflint Trail has led to discussion amongst Cook County Staff and the Board of Commissioners regarding policy for rights of ways. WTIP's Joe Friedrichs spoke with Cook County Administrator Jeff Cadwell about this topic.
