Cook County Sheriff's Office welcomes new deputies

The Cook County Sheriff's Office welcomed two new deputies to the community this week.

Deputy Andrew Hayes comes to Cook County from the Pelican Rapids Police Department and has experience as a Reserve Officer with Coon Rapids Police Department and as Community Service Officer with Lino Lakes Police Department.

Deputy Jamie Green joins the Sheriff's Office from the Melrose Police Department and Mall of America Police. Deputy Green has experience as a Community Service Officer with Buffalo Police Department.
 
Both Deputies were sworn in on Monday, Jan. 8 and began their service.
