Cook County Higher Education is celebrating its 20th year of operation in 2016. The organization is hosting a celebration on Wednesday, May 18 at Voyager Brewery in Grand Marias in recognition of the anniversary. WTIP's Joe Friedrichs spoke with Cook County Higher Education Executive Director Paula Sundet Wolf about the anniversary party and the organization’s many achievements and its role in Cook County.
