Cook County continues discussion of appointing an HR Director

There have been a number of staff changes for local government in Cook County in mid-October. Former County Administrator Jeff Cadwell’s last day at the county was Monday, Oct. 14. Replacing him is Interim Administrator Rena Rogers, who transitioned into this position from her post as the county’s management information systems director.

As the county continues to plan long term for the administrator position, it’s possible other changes to staff duties and responsibilities could shift during this process. One such position that has been mentioned several times during recent meetings of the Cook County Board of Commissioners is the county’s human resources generalist.
