The Cook County Chamber announced their 2017 business award winners at their gala on Tuesday, October 24.  WTIP's Sterling Anderson spoke with chamber director Jim Boyd about that event, as well as other news from the chamber.

Here are the business award winners for 2017:

Entrepreneur of the Year: Baiers Heeren of North Shore Title

Commuinty Business Leader of the Year: Jan Sivertson of Sivertson Gallery and chair of the Cook County Board

Business of the Year: North Shore Waste, Dustin Hanson and Barry Pederson
