Weather "iffy" for Arts Festival weekend

Rain will eventually exit the area for a couple of days, and the sun will warm things up to the mid-60’s. There’s a pretty good chance of rain by the weekend, so bring along an umbrella when you visit the Grand Marais Arts Festival. WTIP’s Jay Andersen spoke with National Weather Service forecaster Linda Engebretson about early July weather.
