On November 6, Minnesota voters will make their choice on a Voter ID amendment to the state constitution. Their decision could have some confusing consequences for all county election officials and some possible hefty costs for Cook County. WTIP’s Jay Andersen spoke with county auditor-treasurer Braidy Powers on “Daybreak,” Aug. 30.
