Three Poems on Winter, the Importance of Pets, and a Mother's Death

Hear about the importance of poetry in our lives, in addition to three original poems by Dr. Mark Marnocha, a clinical psychologist who has published and done national presentations on the importance of poetry and the humanities in health care.  Dr. Marnocha states he often does personal writing for self-care and mindfulness.
