Synthetic Drugs: what they are and why they're dangerous

To learn about synthetic drugs - what they are, who uses them and what the dangers are - we contacted the Minnesota Department of Health.  WTIP volunteer Mary Manning spoke with drug policy expert Dana Farley of the Minnesota Department of Health on North Shore Morning.
