George Wilkes and Barb Lavigne, owners of the Angry Trout Café, will be making a presentation on “Sustainable Business Practices: An Effective Business Strategy for the North Shore Marketplace” at the Cook County Business Network luncheon on Wednesday, March 30. They joined Deb Benedict in the studio  to talk about how they use sustainable business practices in their business.
