Despite frigid temperatures and record ice cover that slowed shipping during the 2014 season, overall tonnage through the Port of Duluth-Superior saw a 2.3% increase. WTIP volunteer Mary Manning spoke with Adele Yorde of the Duluth Seaway Port Authority on North Shore Morning.
