There will be state-wide tornado drills on Thursday, April 15 at 1:45 and 6:55 p.m. Here in Cook County residents will get a severe weather update not by siren but by telephone. WTIP's Jay Andersen spoke with county Emergency Management Director Jim Wiinanen.
