Minnesota US Senator Al Franken talked about the Federal delisting of grey wolves, Minnesota's hi-tech manufacturing potential and mahnomen porridge with WTIP DayBreak host Roger Linehan on Wednesday, February 1.

The Senator discussed his support for turning over the management of Minnesota's large wolf population to the state in an effort to control the threat they create to livestock and domestic pets. He also looked at how Minnesota's high-tech manufacturing industries can compete in a world market. And, he took a moment at the end to talk about a favorite topic, the mahnomen porridge he and his staff serve guests every Wednesday morning at their office in Washington DC.
