Senate tries again to keep lower student loan rates

The interest rate on Stafford student loans is now twice what it was before the first of July. Congressional inaction is the major reason. WTIP’s Jay Andersen spoke with Sen. Al Franken about an attempt in the Senate to extend the lower rates another year.
