Sen. Franken explains his courthouse security bill

Sen. Al Franken spoke with WTIP’s Jay Andersen on “Daybreak” earlier. He talked about a bill he has authored on courthouse security, he also weighed in on the high cost of higher education as well as a moratorium on rural post office closures. Here’s that interview.
