The Minnesota Legislature is back in session next week. One of the Minority Leaders in the Senate is 6th District Senator Tom Bakk. WTIP’s Jay Andersen spoke with Sen. Bakk Tuesday on “Daybreak.” They covered topics including wolves -- delisting and a hunting season -- budgets,  Constitutional amendments as well as  a new Vikings stadium.
