Sen. Al Franken is closely watching a bi-partisan amendment to the financial reform bill he authored. The bill has passed both the House and Senate and is now in conference committee. He talks about the credit rating legislation as well as the Gulf oil spill with WTIPs Jay Andersen. The interview took place on “Daybreak” June 9.
