Sen. Al Franken authored a bi-partisan amendment to the financial reform bill working its way through Congress. He spent 45 minutes talking with Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan and sees oil in the Gulf as fodder for many future hearings and investigations in Washington.  WTIPs Jay Andersen spoke with the Senator on “Daybreak” May 19.
