Sen. Al Franken weighs in on unemployment benefits and health care

Congress is back in session and a number of issues are pending, including the extension of unemployment benefits. WTIPs Jay Andersen spoke with Minnesota’s U.S. Senator Al Franken about that, as well as the new health care overhaul legislation, and the recent nuclear arms limitation treaty with Russia.
