Minnesota’s U.S. Senator Al Franken spoke with WTIP’s Jay Andersen, March 2nd on “Daybreak.” The Senator covered his recent renewable energy tour in the state, talked about a statewide health insurance exchange, Corporation for Public Broadcasting funding as well as a few words about the legislative standoff in Wisconsin.
