Centerline rumble strips have been installed on Hwy 61 and some residents east of Grand Marais are not happy. "Livid" is a more proper word. They're noisy, they can affect property values and there's little evidence to warrent them on 61. So says rumble grumbler Bob Carter in this interview with WTIP's Jay Andersen.
