The Lessard-Sams Outdoor Heritage Council was established by the Legislature with the responsibility of providing annual funding recommendations to the Legislature from the Outdoor Heritage Fund. WTIP’s Jay Andersen spoke with newly appointed council member Rep. David Dill.
