Eighth Congressional District U.S. Rep. Chip Cravaack spoke with WTIP’s Jay Andersen on “Daybreak” July 28. Thursday the House was scheduled to vote on a debt ceiling bill proposed by Speaker John Boehner. Rep. Cravaack also spoke about his decision to move his family east as well as his political philosophy.
