Chris Hoglund is a 17-year-old Cook County native who currently attends Perpich Center for the Arts for writing. He’s competed in various poetry competitions and has attended workshops with Minnesota musician and writer Dessa. He recently visited WTIP to share his poem "Drowning in the Rain."
