Open Arms Minnesota's volunteer-powered organic farm supports its meal services for those with serious illness

Buck spoke Oct. 5 with Ben Penner, farm director at Open Arms MN, about the organic farm they started three years ago to supply their kitchens with fresh, nutritious food. Open Arms is a nonprofit that serves people with serious illness like multiple sclerosis, cancer, AIDS, and others, by delivering healthy meals right to their homes.
