Moments in Time: Bootleg Liquor

In this edition of WTIP's ongoing historical series, Moments in Time, we talk with Willard Nelson of Lutsen.  Nelson's grandparents were the founders of Lutsen Resort and Willard grew up along Lake Superior.  In this segment, Willard recounts a bootlegger's visits to the area during Prohibition, and some of the problems that caused.....
