Minneapolis brewery has Cook County connection

The beer brewing landscape is changing in Minneapolis. One of the small breweries helping to do that is Fulton Brewery. And though it’s named after a Minneapolis Street, it has a strong connection to Cook County. Jay Andersen has this interview.
