Large "donuts" on the bottom of Lake Superior have geologic history

Scientists are puzzled by large donut shapes on the deep bottom of Lake Superior. But Prof. Nigel Wattrus  at UMD’s Large Lakes Observatory has a theory. WTIP Jay Andersen spoke with Prof. Wattrus about sediment bathymetry.
