Invasive species are hitchhikers and to a large degree depend upon us to spread them around, whether inland waters or Lake Superior. Douglas Jensen is the Aquatic Invasive Species Program Coordinator for the Minnesota Sea Grant College Program at UMD. WTIP’s Jay Andersen spoke with him in the first of a summer-long series on invasive species and what we can do to limit their impacts.
