Igoe wins award for Lake Superior Magazine

Lake Superior Magazine won 15 awards including a gold for Overall Excellence in its category and four additional gold awards at the Minnesota Magazine and Publishing Association’s annual Excellence Awards event, November 3 in
Minneapolis.

One of the four gold medals went to a profile of the Grand Marais Art Colony by Ada Igoe. In addition to being the director at Chik-Wauk Museum and Nature Center, Ada is a regular “Of Woods and Words” commentator for WTIP.
