The Cook County North Shore Hospital and Care Center will participate in the Minnesota Rural Health Conference next week in Duluth, as well as this weekend’s Wellness Fair in Grand Portage.  WTIP’s Jay Andersen spoke with hospital administrator Kimber Wraalstad.
