WTIP volunteer Julie Carlson spoke with Beth Faraone, Child Welfare & Child Protection Social Worker with Cook County Public Health and Human Services, about important considerations for "Children Supervising Children."  Beth talks about appropriate guidelines and Minnesota statutes regarding supervision of children.
