Green Dollar Survey results will be discussed at May 22 brunch

Green Dollar Survey Results; The State of Foods in Cook County

Location: Cook County Community Center 

Sam Johnson, Master's candidate at the Humphrey Institute, University of Minnesota, will present a summary of information learned from the recent Green Dollars for Cook County survey which was conducted to gather information about the current demand and production of local food products in Cook County.  Over 64 businesses that produce and sell food in Cook County and Grand Portage participated in the survey.
