Grand Marais Mayor Larry Carlson reports the city’s fire department could use a few more firefighters. He also reports architects working on the library expansion would like to close the facility during construction. Carlson suggests they look for more drop cloths instead. WTIP’s Jay Andersen has this interview with Mayor Carlson.
