The Grand Marais City Council just held its first meeting of 2015 with several new members and a new mayor. The District Heating Project was discussed, along with recruitment efforts for a Council vacancy. WTIP’s Gary Atwood spoke with new Grand Marais Mayor Jay Arrowsmith-DeCoux.
