Fiber arts show opens at Johnson Heritage Post Gallery on June 26

All types of fiber art including weaving, knitting, felting, jewelry and sculpture will be featured at a show sponsored by The Northwoods Fiber Guild. WTIP volunteer Randy Eastlund spoke with Maxene Linehan and Linda Chappell of the Northwoods Fiber Guild on North Shore Morning.

The Northwoods Fiber Guild show, "Through Our Hands IV," will open at the Johnson Heritage Post Gallery in Grand Marais with a reception from 5-7 p.m. on Friday, June 26. The show will feature a wide variety of fiber art including weaving, knitting, felting, jewelry, sculpture, gifts and more by artists and artisans along the North Shore, including Thunder Bay. The exhibit runs through July 19.
