EDA close to settling Cedar Grove disputes - CORRECTION

In the WTIP News story: EDA CLOSE TO SETTLING CEDAR GROVE DISPUTES, the information supplied to WTIP by the EDA director regarding the total amount of legal costs incurred with Swanson Law Office of Grand Marais as a result of the MPCA enforcement action was incorrect.  According to attorney Mike Hero, of Swanson Law Office, the total amount, over a three-year period, associated solely with the MPCA enforcement action related to stormwater violations, which had potential fines of $277,000, is $36,390, not 'close to $60,000,' as stated.  The EDA director has confirmed the lower figure.  The WTIP News Department apologizes for the error.
