The Cook County Curling Club is preparing for a new season, and opportunities for beginners start Wednesday, October 29. WTIP volunteer Randy Eastlund spoke with club secretary Joanne Smith on North Shore Morning.

The beginners’ session runs seven weeks starting Wednesday, October 29, and running through December 10, from 5:30 to 7 pm. More information from Joanne at 387-2052.
The Cook County Curling Club will start its season Monday, November 3, and teams are now forming for leagues. Whether you are on a team or looking to get on a team or just curious about curling, the Club is asking that all interested curlers contact one of the following three people as soon as possible.
