Creating Partnership - October 19, 2013

The 3rd week in October is the Worldwide Week of Partnership.  This event, created by Power & Systems in Boston, is to build awareness about what it takes to create partnership in our communities, organizations, and homes.  The work of Barry Oshry shows that much that gets in the way of partnership feels personal. It isnt.  We are humans doing our best to survive in the different worlds.  If we see those worlds, we can be more understanding and more effective in building partnerships.
