The Cook County Schools ISD166 Education Foundation is a nonprofit organization that provides grants for Cook County Schools students to experience unique outings or undertake special projects. This week in Cook County School News, Spanish instructor Carrie Jansen discusses taking a recent trip with some of her high school students to Bemidji for a weekend of fun and learning at the Concordia Language Camp.
