WTIP volunteer host, Joe Detrick, spoke with Jim Wiinanen, Cook County Emergency Management Director, about the 25th annual Cook County Emergency Services Conference on April 25 and 26. Conference topics are of interest to volunteer fire, EMS, law, search and rescue, hospital and mental health providers.
